Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Yes. You can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Email support@misterteam.com with your order number to start the process.

No problem — we offer free size exchanges within the EU. Reach out to our team and we'll arrange a swap for the correct size, subject to stock availability.

Orders can be edited or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order enters fulfilment and changes are no longer possible. Contact support immediately if you spot an issue.
